3. Storage and Data Residency

Engisense stores your documents and information on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Depending on the deployment region, this may be in Canada or the United States. For Canadian customers requiring data residency, we offer in-region storage upon request.

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel
• We use secure signed URLs for document download

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded documents are retained for unlimited amount of days by default. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
