By accessing or using Engisense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account & Usage

• You must provide accurate and complete information during beta signup
• You may not upload any illegal or export-restricted content
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content

3. Intellectual Property

Engisense owns all rights to the platform technology, UI, and underlying models. Your uploaded documents remain your property.

4. Data and Upload Restrictions

You may not upload documents containing data that is classified under export control laws such as ITAR, EAR, or other regulated frameworks.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Engisense is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
